We arrived in Honolulu at 7AM local time but we were too knackered (British/Aussie for exhausted) after our overnight from Sydney to do much. We took a big nap and headed out at 4 in the afternoon.
Punchbowl (National Cemetery of the Pacific) was our first stop. This beautiful place is nestled in the cone of an extinct volcano. There are amazing views of the city and it's the resting place of veterans from WWII and onwards, which is some interesting history. It's easy to get to, if you ever come here you should take it in.

The next day we were up early and headed to Pearl Harbor.
After that we headed inland to the Dole Plantation...where it all started ~100 years ago.

After that we explored a small portion of the North Shore. Our plan was to circumnavigate the island ('cause that's the sort of thing we do!), but traffic was horrendous and we found a new route.
